Senior Data Engineer

Contract: 12 Months Initially
Location: South East Ireland (Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite, 3 days per week remote working)

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Data Engineer. This role suits a technically strong engineer who can work independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Strong day rate available. 2 days per week onsite.

Technical Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience with SQL
• 3+ years’ experience with Python and/or R
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g. Informatica, SSIS or similar)
• Strong experience with BI and reporting tools, including Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, QuickSight, Business Objects, LOGI

Desirable

• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, exposure to DevOps practices and data pipelines
• Experience with web application development
